Julie Eidson is currently ranked among the Top 1% of all Realtors in America, all Real Estate companies.  She earned her Washington Real Estate License in 1990, her Washington Broker’s License in 1995, and her Florida Real Estate Broker’s License in 2003.  She has earned many industry and RE/MAX awards, including Seattle Magazine’s Five Star Agent Award and the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award.  Julie holds several important designations, including CRS (held by less than 4% of agents nationwide), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Certified Negotiation Expert.

Melinda Ryen, also a full-time licensed real estate agent, has worked in Customer Relations for over 20 years.  She has a wide range of detail-rich experience, from office management to tax preparation and served as a Financial Aid Counselor at a 4-year California university.

Julie and her husband have owned and managed single and multi-family rental property since 1986, including long-term as well as vacation rental homes.  There’s nothing like the experience that comes from actual, personal property management to help you with your own investment decisions.

Before becoming a Realtor, Julie earned her Business Degree with Honors, including a Major in Accounting, from Auburn University.  She has more than 10 years of corporate experience, ranging from accounting and financial analysis to sales of large computers and computer networks.
